"The Gum House"
Nestled in the heart of Albury, The Gum House draws its inspiration from the surrounding landscape, where the timeless beauty of the Red River Gum defines both the natural and architectural character of the area. The striking facade, clad in the warm, rich tones of Red River Gum, creates a harmonious dialogue with its environment, blending seamlessly into the rugged beauty of the landscape.
This design is a celebration of local heritage, paying tribute to the iconic gum trees that are a vital part of the region’s identity. The carefully chosen cladding not only connects the structure to its surroundings but also evokes a sense of belonging and permanence, like the trees that stand tall around it.
Our team crafted a handmade sectional model, thoughtfully designed to display both the intricate constructional details and the unique Red River Gum façade, bringing the essence of the project to life.
